CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  1. For online and offline courses with a one-time payment, full payment must be made in advance, and no refund will be possible one week or less before the start of the course. This is because seats are limited, and I will most likely have turned away people on the waiting list after having confirmed your spot. Please be sure you are able to complete the course before making the payment.

  2. For monthly or annual subscriptions, you may cancel any time by sending me an email, and you will not be charged any further after that. However, I am unable to offer retroactive refunds on payments that have already been made.

  3. In case of a medical emergency or other crisis that will prevent you from completing the course, please reach out to me at the earliest. On a case by case basis, I will do my best to give you credit towards the same or different course in a future iteration if you cannot complete the current one.

  4. From time to time, I will offer free trials or sneak peeks into existing courses, which might help you make up your mind if you are otherwise on the fence. Please sign up to my newsletter if you’d like more information on the same.
